By what means can I establish trust in Burgundy Art and proceed with a purchase?

What type of art prints do you sell?
We sell licensed art prints of fine art paintings and photographs. We sell Art Bags in jute and cotton stitched with prints of our artworks. We will be launching more products on different mediums in the near future. Subscribe to stay updated.
Are the artists adequately compensated?
Everytime we sell an art print, we pay a licence fee to the artist.  The price you pay per print also includes the price for the intellectual property of the artist.
Do you sell original fine art?
The original paintings are not available for direct purchase through our website. If you're interested, please reach out to us at manjula@burgundyart.in and we can pick up the conversation.
When I order an art print from BurgundyArt, is it ready to be hung?
Yes, when you order a framed artwork, or a stretched canvas,  it is ready to be hung. It comes with hooks at the back for hanging. There is no assembly required.
Can I customise the size of the art print?
Yes. Other than the products available in stock, if you want to customize prints to suit your wall space, browse through our uploaded catalogues and write to us along with the image code. We can customize your order accordingly.
How accurate are the image colours shown ? Will I get a print similar to the image?

We try to retain high image accuracy in our print and make sure that there is not much difference between the image displayed and print. Please note that on different devices, the colour shades of images may vary. 

We have access to high resolution images of the paintings for printing and we use quality printers for reproducing the fine art. Our art prints are fade proof and long lasting.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major Credit/Debit cards, Netbanking, UPI and Wallet payments.
What will happen if the payment gets deducted and I get an error or I don't receive the order confirmation?
Write your concern to us. We will check and get back to you within two working days.
